Returns You have 3 calendar days to ask for refund after a shift has been posted by you.

 

To be eligible for a refund, you must be having a valid proof that the shift was not completed by the Champ in proper manner.

 

Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

 

Once we receive your request of refund, we will inspect it and get in touch with you to resolve the issues within 3 business days.

 

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the issue. 

 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank account/credit card/UPI  which is being submitted by you during your onboarding/ used by you for the payment (or original method of payment). 

 

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Cancellation Policy

 

If you cancel any shift 24 hours before the actual start time of shift then you get full refund.

 

If you cancel any shift 12 hours before the actual start time of shift then you get 50% refund.

 

If you cancel any shift 2 hours before the actual start time of shift then you get only 25% refund.

 

No refund will be granted to you if you cancel the shift after it gets started.
